From Which We’ll Rise was created during the COVID-19 pandemic, Black Lives Matter uprising after the police murder of George Floyd, and the 2020 election cycle. The piece explores the ability of the human spirit to continue rising above seemingly insurmountable circumstances.

Hollowed explores the psychosomatic emotions and effects pandemic life, the wandering of our homes as shells of our former selves.

Splinters in your Mind (2013) premiered at Judson Memorial Church in NYC and explores the hectic nature of modern day living, and the matrix of society that confines us.

Upward Bound (2017) premiered at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and investigates the shifting of roles and energy throughout a lifetime. As we move through this life and inhabit various roles, what do we carry with us, what do we leave behind, and how do all of our experiences shape each role?

reverb (2016) is an immersive performative experience that combines visual and auditory stimuli —sculptural objects, site-specific installation, spoken word, and sound—with the participatory aspects of theater and dance. This piece extends each artists’ inquiry into the fracturing effects of memory and its impact on individual experience.
