Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Once you have confirmed a single or recurring appointment, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. Notice of cancellation due to my travel schedule will be given at least one week in advance and if needed a substitute instructor will be provided. 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please give 24-hour notice to cancel a private session. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, you will not be charged for the first 24-hour cancellation. Subsequent cancellations will result in a bill for the full session. 
 

waiver:

All clients must fill out a questionnaire and sign a waiver prior to working together. 
 

illnesS and injury:

If you have an illness or injury, please discuss with me in detail prior to our session so we can best tailor the session to meet your needs.
