This RYT 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training takes place at the lush and beautiful Rayos del Sol Retreat Center on the Nicoya Peninsua in Costa Rica, allowing participants the chance to fully immerse themselves in the study of yoga and retreat from their daily lives. This program takes place July 26 - August 11 and is designed for both serious yoga practitioners interested in deepening their practice, and aspiring teachers who want to live and teach authentically with a tool-kit to approach teaching with confidence.

The 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training curriculum is one of the strongest programs and manuals I have seen in my ten years teaching in the industry. Leading these trainings is the most rewarding work I do as I see students transform into teachers and more embodied, conscious versions of themselves in just 200-hours. Imagine what could be possible if everyone gave themselves this gift of time dedicated self-study and personal development?

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be certified as 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teachers and are eligible for Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration.

Our curriculum builds sequentially to support students' growth and offers opportunities to embody the philosophy of yoga through our multidisciplinary and holistic approach. The training prepares students not only to teach with confidence, but to live the practice in daily life on and off the mat.

Built into the training is the opportunity to study with various guest teachers with expertise in Yoga Tune-Up, Harmonium and Acro Yoga / Thai Massage.

What if I don't want to teach?
Yoga Teacher Training is an opportunity to deepen your practice and broaden your understanding of yoga. It is a transformational experience for all regardless of your intention.

Will I be prepared to teach after the certification?
We will focus heavily on sequencing safe classes and practice teaching so that everyone who graduates will be able to teach a safe and well-sequenced Vinyasa yoga class.

What if I fail my practical or written exam?
We will provide you with feedback and you will retake the exam at a later date after the training has completed.

What if I have a conflict with the dates?
Attendance every day is mandatory for graduation. If you do have a conflict, please let contact us and we will let you know if it is something we can work around. The hours will have to be made up and you will need to complete an additional assignment

Note about attendance, participation, and graduation: Students to who miss more than three full days and/or fail to make up the hours will not receive their certification. Students are expected to meet the standards of professionalism and complete all requirements in order to receive their certification.
