OM FACTORY 200-HR RYT YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

OFSY's 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training is designed for both serious yoga practitioners interested in deepening their practice, and aspiring teachers who want to live and teach authentically with a tool-kit to approach teaching with confidence.

The 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training curriculum is one of the strongest programs and manuals I have seen in my ten years teaching in the industry. The community class requirement prepares students to teach and the guest teachers are some of the most knowledgeable in the field. Leading these trainings is the most rewarding work I do as I see students transform into teachers and more embodied, conscious versions of themselves in just 200-hours. Imagine what could be possible if everyone gave themselves this gift of time dedicated self-study and personal development?

MODULES

β€’ Anatomy, Asana, Ayurveda, Embodied Alignment & Sequencing, Ethics, Meditation, Philosophy & Storytelling, Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, Sanskrit Studies, Teaching Skills & Personal Development, Practicum & Business of Yoga, Pre/Post-Natal.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be certified as 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teachers and are eligible for Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration.

Built into the training is the opportunity to partner with Om Factory, a yoga studio with both national and international roots. One day will be spent in NYC at the studio meeting various teachers and exploring different styles of yoga and philosophy.
