Let's get moving together!
Whether you are a beginner curious to try yoga or an advanced practitioner looking to dive deeper into the physical and spiritual practice, I'd love to guide you on our journey toward a healthier, happier, more embodied lifestyle.
There is a little bit of something for everyone, so take a look and drop into class, schedule a private, or join me for retreats and trainings world-wide.
Can't wait to move and groove with you!
You will grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. As strange as it sounds, an hour on the mat per week will make a difference in your life. If you don't believe me, read the testimonials from my happy clients.
Beyond addressing your specific goals and injuries, my aim is to help you find freedom in your body through movement and ease and clarity in the mind. Drop me a line and let me know what it is you'd like to work on and I'll usually respond within 24-hours.

"My weekly practice with Taryn has proven to be one of the best things that I have ever done for myself."
– Paul Evans, Private Yoga Client
My classes are designed to be vigorous yet accessible. I use innovative transitions between asanas to progressively heat up the body to prepare for advanced postures. (Don't worry, we breakdown these postures and while advanced asana is incorporated most of the class is spent in postures you know and love with both feet planted firmly on the ground!) Each class is thematic and elements of the spiritual practice are woven in throughout.
I bring enthusiasm for all kinds of movement into the space to create an encouraging environment for students to practice and play.

WORKSHOPS & TRAININGS
I’m thrilled to have piloted Om Factory’s first satellite 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program at Rutgers University with Blair Ritchie. This 5-week immersive and magical program takes place on the Douglass Campus in New Brunswick, New Jersey in June and July.
If you have been thinking about becoming a yoga instructor or deepening your practice and you aren’t quite sure, but keep coming back to it, trust your instinct. Teacher training will open up parts of you that you didn’t know existed and allow you to step into a more fully-realized confident version of yourself. The community we build in 5-short weeks is nothing less than life-altering and you will end up with life-long friends and fond memories of this very concentrated time we share together.
Join us next summer! Dates coming soon.

DANCE WITH ME
CLASSI am available for choreographic and/or teaching residencies as an individual artist or through my company Summation Dance.
Download my Curriculum Vitae.
“Every dancer is able to take Taryn’s class working on specific goals in which she helps as a guide, in order to find personal achievement. It is clear that she seeks to mold her students into well-rounded dancers – she pushes her students boundaries, taking them out of their comfort zones, so that the students delve deeper into their artistic development. She radiates a strong, positive energy that is infectious, driving her students to aim even further than they ever imagined they would. Taryn enables her students to want more for themselves throughout their training and experience in the classroom, and manages to achieve all of this through positive and direct facilitation. “ - Caitlyn Farrell, Rutgers University Student
